A tiny, rather innocuous little thread about DH/his 'team' failing to capitalise on Popular's success in the US dance chart by not performing any club dates etc. has now been deleted from the new public bbs. [img]graemlins/thumbs_down.gif[/img]
What a sham(e). No-one in it was being rude or overly critical, merely voicing their (reasonable) opinions re how it was a missed opportunity etc. and now it's disappeared.
So much for me thinking that the new place might actually turn out to be a balanced forum. [img]graemlins/sure.gif[/img]

I seem to have completely missed this whole incident as a) I had my whole family (my mum, Alan's parents, my sis and her family round all weekend) and we've been out etc and b) yesterday evening when I wanted to go on-line bloody NTL's servers were all down and I had no internet connection at all!! it was started just saying how popular had been no 1 on club scene that its a shame DH and peoples didnt capitilise on that. Had about 6 or so replies. Me included just saying Great idea.. should of done it etc etc. I was even postive and said hope they are thinking of doing that.
Im waiting for the "do you like Spin" thread to get delted now. Cause I said NO but then added reasons and a few postives lol
oops forgot to say the capilise on it was to play a few clubs in the US.

There was no 'incident' hun *g* - just a thread saying how they (DH/mgmt etc) seemed to have missed a golden opportunity by not cashing in on Popular's success in the US clubs by not making any club appearances and suchlike. As I said up there, it was a totally respectful thread with a few ppl voicing their opinions by saying what a shame it was that it didn't happen (and that's probably why it got deleted [img]wink.gif[/img] lol).
